Colocation in Dutch data centres built for it.
When applications, data and networks become business-critical, every second counts. You remain the owner of the hardware; we take care of power, cooling, connectivity and physical security.
With a 99.9% uptime guarantee, 24/7 access and remote hands by engineers who know your environment — colocation built for growth.

Frequently asked questions about colocation
What does colocation cost?
The price consists of three items: space (per unit or per rack), power (a capacity charge per kW plus actual consumption) and network (a commit billed on the 95th percentile). The knowledge base article 'What does colocation cost per rack?' has the pricing model with starting prices and a worked example.
Which rack options are there?
Shared rack space per unit (1U–10U), half racks of around 21 units and private racks of 42 to 47 units, depending on the location. Every option comes with redundant A/B power feeds and remote hands included.
Where are the data centres?
In Ede, in the three BIT-owned data centres (ISO 27001, NEN 7510, 100% Dutch), and in Naaldwijk in the Greenhouse Tier 3 data centre (N+2, AMS-IX on site). Both locations connect to our own network, AS211588.
Do I have access to my own equipment?
Yes, 24/7. You register your visit in advance — arranged within five minutes — and whoever enters must be able to identify themselves. Remote hands are included for day-to-day work: a restart, repatching a cable or a quick check.
Can I bring my own IP addresses?
Yes. We advertise your own RIPE/LIR space, or space rented through a prefix broker, over BGP — from a /24 (IPv4) or /48 (IPv6) with valid management and ROA. If that is not possible, we provide addresses from our own block.
How does the migration to the data centre work?
On a project basis: map the dependencies, determine the start-up order, test the network beforehand, and only clean up once the new setup has survived a working day. The full runbook is in the knowledge base.
